Paul has 20+ years experience in the music business and 15+ years in radio. Paul currently contracts with Monticello Media in Charlottesville VA as imaging director of multiple formats and holds the mid-day position on the Top 40 station.
Raye Smith
(Music Director)
Raye started performing at age 14 with gospel legend Larry Bland and his Volunteer Choir. During their touring, they opened for artists like Andre Crouch and Walter Hawkins. Soon, Raye was working as a session musician on commercial jingles. Raye's songwriting skills draw from a wide range of musical genres and influences.
Ant Mac

An all around radio talent Ant Mac started his production career in 2000. Producing for such well known voice talents like Pat Garrett, Mitch Faulkner, Al Twitty and Jerry “Smokin’ B”, Ant Mac is a well respected and talented producer for radio. His work can be heard in numerous markets across America and abroad in R&B, Hip Hop, Rhythmic, Country and Gospel.
Olympia Dicks
(Producer)
Olympia Shawnta Dicks, also known as “Olympia D.” is a thirteen year broadcasting veteran in the Media Industry. In 1998, as a sophomore at Lander University, Olympia D. jump started her career with a summer internship at Clear Channel Broadcasting’s WJMZ-FM 107.3 Jamz in Greenville, SC. She has also worked at WRSV-FM Rocky Mount NC., WKQP FM, Fayetteville NC, and WXBT FM Columbus SC. Her company Media Mind Productions specializes in producing radio and television commercials, copywriting, event hosting, and spokes model services. She even lends herself to other media companies as a Freelance Voice Over Talent.
